It won’t light up and the buttons don’t respond I don’t know what’s wrong whether the cord or something else. I’m sure it’s a wonderful humidifier if I could actually use it.

Great humidifier. Simple to use.

Make sure you take the foam out of the base before you go to operate it. If not, it leaks. ??
Great product. Just as described. I noticed it's effectiveness about an hour after we fired it up. I like it so much, I'm buying another one.
